DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Unfortunately d.bleu.dazzled does not accept returns as each item is hand dazzled per order.
Dazzle with defects or issues with sizing or skin-tones may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value. We also offer store credit within 30 days of purchase.
For damaged dazzle please contact customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org and provide photos of defects and all relevant order information.
Refunds or exchanges on thong items are at the discretion of d.bleu.dazzled.
HOW DO I WASH THE DAZZLE? WILL THE CRYSTALS FALL OFF?
Each dazzled item comes with care instructions. We recommend that you hand wash & lay or hang to dry. A few crystals may shed during initial wear.
For performers we recommend our industrial fishnets to ensure longevity.
WILL MY TIGHTS RIP?
Although our hosiery is knitted with a high spandex content, we cannot guarantee your tights will not rip or snag. We check the quality of each of our items before sending, however if your items arrive damaged, please refer to the return/exchange policy above.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, not including weekends or holidays. Expect 3-4 weeks during peak holidays i.e Christmas, New Years, & Valentine's Day, as all items are made made by hand & will be shipped USPS with delivery confirmation.
Anything needed in less than 10 days requires a rush fee to guarantee delivery by your deadline.
DO YOU OFFER RUSH | EXPRESS DELIVERY?
Yes. We offer Rush Production + Express Delivery. Please email email@example.com with RUSH | EXPRESS in subject line PRIOR to making an order. Please include your order details and deadline so we can let you know how we can accommodate your request
RUSH/EXPRESS fee is PER ITEM and $10 each additional item. RUSH/EXPRESS fee covers cost of rush production + expedited shipping.
USA 1-3 days production & expedited delivery + $35
Canada 1-3 days production & 3-5 business days delivery w/tracking + $40
International 1-3 days production & 3-5 business days delivery w/tracking + $55 *most countries
Catsuit rush fee $125 and $25 for each additional add-on.
CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
When your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email with USPS delivery confirmation number trackable at www.USPS.com
International orders shipped with our standard USPS priority service are unable to be tracked once they leave the USA. Items shipped with our EXPRESS service are guaranteed delivery within a 3-5 day period and come with delivery confirmation.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Please note that when ordering from outside the USA, you may be subject to your country's import tax. If the customs fees are not paid and the package is returned to d.bleu.dazzled, we will refund the payment minus shipping costs.

IS THE DAZZLE SAFE FOR CHILDREN?
Rhinestones contain small traces of lead, therefore it may be unsafe for children under the age of 12 to use.
