DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes, d.bleu.dazzled offers returns and exchanges on limited items.
All returns and exchanges must handled through d.bleu.dazzled customer service. We must receive correspondence within seven (7) days of receiving the order, and we must give pre-approval that we will accept this return / exchange.
Items approved for store credit or exchange must arrive in their original condition and will be inspected before approval.
Customer is responsible for shipping items back and we must receive a returned product before a refund or store credit will be issued.
Please Note: Imperfect, discontinued and sample items as well as lingerie bottoms / thongs are final sale.
For damaged dazzle please contact customer service via the Contact Us link, by emailing info@dbleudazzled.com directly, or by replying to your order confirmation. Please provide photos of defects and all relevant order information.
HOW DO I WASH THE DAZZLE? WILL THE CRYSTALS FALL OFF?
Each dazzled item comes with care instructions. We recommend that you hand wash with mild soap & lay flat or hang to dry. Additional care instructions can be found on our Care Instructions page.
WILL MY TIGHTS RIP?
d.bleu.dazzled hosiery is knitted with a high spandex content to ensure longevity, however we cannot guarantee your tights will not rip or snag. We quality check each of our items before sending, if your items arrive damaged, please refer to the return/exchange policy above.

For performers we recommend our industrial fishnets to ensure longevity.
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All d.bleu.dazzled items are made made by hand and while some items are ready to ship, some may have a 2-4 week turnaround time, not including weekends or holidays. This is addition to shipping time. Expect longer turnaround during peak holidays i.e Halloween, Christmas, New Years, & Valentine's Day. Please contact us by emailing info@dbleudazzled.com or via our Contact Us page.
Once your dazzle is ready, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Orders needed in less than 14 days may require a rush fee. We encourage you to reach out prior to ordering or by replying to your confirmation email so we can let you know if we can accommodate your request.

The "Rush Fee" covers cost of rush production, expedited shipping options are shown at checkout.
CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
When your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Please be sure to include your email address upon check out.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, d.bleu.dazzled accepts international orders and ship to most countries.
Please Note: All orders originating outside of the USA are be subject to local import tax / tariff. Applicable customs duties that packages are not included in the price of our items or shipping ragte and are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
If your package is returned, we will refund the payment minus shipping costs. We are not liable for shipping unclaimed packages back to the USA or paying customs charges. We will not refund orders if it goes unclaimed due to customs duties. We recommend USPS for all International Shipping as the shipping and customs fees are usually much lower.
Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.
