DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Unfortunately d.bleu.dazzled does not accept returns as each item is hand dazzled per order.

Dazzle with defects, issues with sizing or skin-tones may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value. We also offer store credit within 30 days of purchase. 

For damaged dazzle please contact customer service via the Contact Us link or by emailing info@dbleudazzled.com directly. Please provide photos of defects and all relevant order information. 

Refunds or exchanges on thong items are at the discretion of d.bleu.dazzled.                                                                                          

HOW DO I WASH THE DAZZLE? WILL THE CRYSTALS FALL OFF? 

Each dazzled item comes with care instructions. We recommend that you hand wash & lay or hang to dry. Additional care instructions can be found on our Care Instructions page. 

For performers we recommend our industrial fishnets to ensure longevity.         

WILL MY TIGHTS RIP?

d.bleu.dazzled hosiery is knitted with a high spandex content to ensure longevity, however we cannot guarantee your tights will not rip or snag. We check the quality of each of our items before sending, if your items arrive damaged, please refer to the return/exchange policy above.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All d.bleu.dazzled items are made made by hand and have a 2-4 week turnaround time, not including weekends or holidays. Expect 3-4 weeks during peak holidays i.e Christmas, New Years, & Valentine's Day. Orders may be delayed due to COVID-19.

Once your dazzle is ready, you will receive an email with tracking information. For expedited shipping, we recommend using priority or express shipping. 

Orders needed in less than 14 days may requires a rush fee.

DO YOU OFFER RUSH | EXPRESS DELIVERY?

Yes. Please Contact Us or email info@dbleudazzled.com to inquire. Please include your deadline and/or order details so we can let you know how we can accommodate your request.

The "Rush Fee" covers cost of rush production, expedited shipping options are shown at checkout. 

CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

When your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.  

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, d.bleu.dazzled ships worldwide.

Please Note: All orders outside the USA are be subject to import tax. The client is  responsible for paying customs fees. If packages are returned, we will refund the payment minus shipping costs.

Yes. To inquire about the terms & conditions of our wholesale policy or to set up a wholesale account please email info@dbleudazzled.com with WHOLESALE in the subject line. Please include details about your store, we do not work with web-based businesses, only brick and mortar establishments who carry products in line with our price point. 

IS THE DAZZLE SAFE FOR CHILDREN?

Rhinestones contain small traces of lead, therefore it may be unsafe for children under the age of 12 to use.
